    “The River Speaks in Dreams” is an animation exploring the clash of indigenous myth and colonial engineering; an allegorical fairytale that shows balance restored via a dream, not technology—critiquing solutionism and urging a synthesis of ancestral wisdom to decolonize our relationship with nature.
